Opening the DoorThe keys are worn. The fire is cold. No one has been here for ages. The drapes are hung over the furniture. The wallpaper has faded and floorboards creak. Mice skitter across the floor. A door is opened. The light bursts in. The darkness shrieks and flees. A step a sound a thud is heard throughout the room.
